Please call us at (301)800-9500 for an appointment. All hours listed are by Appointment Only. We do not offer any walk-in services or sales. Our Esthetician wishes to make sure you are seen with privacy and the one on one attention you deserve to give you the most optimal treatment and services. Please feel free to call us at anytime for an appointment.
If this is your first visit, please print out a Client Consultation Form and a Confidential Client Health Form. Fill out both of these forms in their entirety and be sure to bring them with you on your first visit. Please allow an additional 10 minutes to your visit if you are bringing these forms with you. Our Esthetician will need to review your information to determine your best course of treatment. If you are unable to fill out the forms prior to your visit, please allow an additional 20 minutes to your appointment. Also, please let us know in advance if you are not able to fill out the forms prior to your appointment upon scheduling. This way we can ensure we schedule enough time to devote to your specific treatment.
We request you have any children cared for outside of your services and our office as we would like to provide the most relaxing atmosphere without any distractions.
No cell phones please.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We look forward to serving you!
